Position Information:

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm

  • Salary Package: Basic + Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance + AWS + Profit Sharing + AL + Dental Claim + Medical Claim + Group Insurance

What will you be doing?

The Warehouse Supervisor is a proactive, hands-on leader responsible for overseeing a team of approximately 15 personnel across receiving, moving, picking, shipping, and integration operations. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and floor-level execution, ensuring that safety, 5S standards, and monthly leadership goals are met.

In this role, you are expected to hands-on alongside your team, embodying the company’s vision and values through daily engagement and active mentorship. Beyond directing staff, you will drive cross-departmental synergy and foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring the team is developed, planned, and directed in full support of our departmental objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Directly oversee a team of 15, conducting monthly 1-on-1s and annual reviews to drive performance and professional growth.
  • Lead daily huddles and Engagement Board sessions to align the team on goals and address floor concerns in real-time.
  • Reviews safety protocols and processes for best practices of equipment operation, making recommendations as needed for enhancements
  • Identifies the interrelatedness of work activities across teams and recommends improvements to processes to increase effectiveness.
  • Removes team barriers to implementing new ideas or approaches by securing the necessary resources or support from senior management.
  • Ensures process improvement initiatives focus on measurable results, and help teams establish measures of success.
  • Provides insight on ways to address short-term production capacity constraints or issues (e.g., through increasing the number of workers or machines, increasing the number of shifts, sub-contracting arrangements).
  • Guides the ordering, shipping and warehousing processes to ensure a consistent flow for production; implements new strategies and designs to improve the movement of materials.
  • Conducts a deep review of data and issues to quickly reveal the root cause of problem.
  • Recommends interim and long-term solutions to complex problems to ensure successful resolution.
  • Executes solutions to complex problems; guide the analysis of a problem all the way to a successful resolution.
  • Listens attentively, clarifying messages and expectations and asking thoughtful questions to determine any unstated needs of the speaker.
  • Responds to others’ non-verbal behavior and pick up on the true message, whether spoken or unspoken.
  • Validates the intent of the message and offer appropriate constructive input.
  • Considers team members’ time commitments in creating schedules and project plans, carefully structuring the amount of time devoted to each task.
  • Follows up and keep others (i.e., senior leaders and team members) informed of progress on tasks and project responsibilities.
  • Defines the objectives and resources required to successfully complete a project and manage the team to complete work within established timeframes.
  • Drives teams to maintain a clean and organized (5S) warehouse operation.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
