Sales Development Executive/Sales Operation Executive

About the role

We are looking for driven and ambitious Sales Development Executives/Sales Operation Executives to join our dynamic team at Union Steel Group. This full-time role will be based in the Pioneer West Region and is a critical position supporting our strategic growth plans.

• Prospecting and generating new sales leads through outbound calling/networking
• Qualifying and nurturing leads to schedule meetings
• Providing support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle (applicable to Sales Operation position)
• Maintaining and expanding the customer base
• Collaborating with marketing to develop and execute targeted campaigns

• Certificate / Diploma in Sales Management or Marketing or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in a sales development, inside sales, or customer service role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to handle communication to Chinese speaking customers
• Use of MS office and sales tools
• A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of the steel industry or a similar B2B environment would be an advantage
