Position: Customer Service Manager
Job Responsibilities- Oversee daily customer service operations and ensure high service standards
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
- Develop and improve customer service processes and workflows
- Lead, train and supervise the customer service team
- Monitor team performance and prepare service reports
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely support and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Customer Service or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant customer service or management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Customer-focused with a positive working attitude
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Bilingual communication skills will be an added advantage
