The role involves participating in R&D projects to support product development initiatives, as well as assisting with chemical compounding, preparation, and application processes. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, performing data entry, and documenting all lab-related activities.Safe and proper operation of laboratory instruments and analytical equipment is essential, along with ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety within the lab environment.
In addition, the technician is expected to comply with appropriate waste disposal and chemical waste management protocols. The role also includes supporting the troubleshooting of technical or laboratory-related issues as they arise and collaborating with team members on related tasks and ad hoc assignments.Other duties may be assigned as directed by the reporting manager.
