Description

Supervise and be involved with operations, maintenance and repair of Electrical and Mechanical equipment, instrumentation controls etc.

Responsibilities

To assist in planning and coordinating outage-related activities.
To assist in the development of maintenance schedule, capital forecast and tracking and controlling of expenditures to meet approved budgets.
To supervise, organize, and coordinate plant maintenance activities.
To supervise activities ensuring performance with environmental, safety and other applicable regulations and laws.
To maintain plant operations for optimum economy in the operation of the plant.
To ensure that maintenance work is carried out in accordance with current codes, standards, operation and maintenance manuals, specifications, drawings, etc.
To participate in coordination meeting with Project Managers and Sub-contractors and Suppliers etc.
To ensure materials and equipment delivered onsite are adequately identified and safely handled and stored to prevent loss and damage.
To ensure that measuring and testing equipment required for the work area is properly identified, calibrated, adjusted and labelled.
To ensure that plant and equipment is maintained in a safe condition and is regularly serviced.

Requirements

Diploma or ITE in Engineering or equivalent is preferred
Preferably with minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience on Maintenance supervisory in Oil and Gas Industry.
Those with experience in doing maintenance for plant shutdown; upgrading and revamping of petrochemcial industry will be well-regarded.
