About the role
The HR Executive will provide administrative and operational support to the HR Department in day-to-day HR activities. This role focuses on data management, recruitment coordination, and maintaining accurate employee records to ensure smooth HR operations.
Key responsibilities- Provide general administrative support to the HR Department across various HR functions.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of employee information in HR systems.
- Maintain and update employee p-file records
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide support for payroll processing, including collation of payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, claims, and overtime.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as letters, forms, and reports.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Provide general HR operational support and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' of HR administrative or coordination experience.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
