• Working Hours: 12-hours Day Shift, Work 2 days Off 2 days
• Gross Salary: Up to $2,100/ Part-time rates: $11 /hour

Job Description

• Attend to all walk-in guests on enquiries, needs and complaints
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Maintain cleanliness of work area
• Ensure proper records of facility usage and that corresponding charges are keyed into system and maintained accurately
• Prepare and serve the food and beverage to guests
• Operate dishwashing machinery to clean all cutleries
• Other duties as assigned

• Perform price tagging, regular stock takes and stock replenishment of merchandise

• Assist in the exhibition galleries and safeguard studio artifacts
• Facilitate guided tour of various group of people
• Perform end to end ticketing sales and cashiering duties

Requirements:

• Min. GCE ‘O’ Level
• 1–2 years of hospitality or customer service experience preferred
• Able to work in fast-paced environment
