To meet up with the Clients, developer, contractor and all the stakeholder.
To maintain good relationship with clients, developer, contractors and all the stakeholder.
To maintain Existing Clients and build up on the Expansion.
To fulfil the Clients, developer, contractor and stakeholder requesting on Estimate, quotation and Tendering and all the KPI requirements of the Contracts.
To have minimum 6 years or more experience in Building, Plumbing and Sanitary works.
To Standby 24/7 for urgent call and response to site if needed.
To prepare and submit weekly report to the Project Manager on the sale forecast and works updates.
To engage and Coordinate with Specialist and Sub Contractors.
To manage team of 10 members.
To have a Class 3 Driving Licenses preferably with own car.
To have knowledge in Building, Plumbing and Sanitary works COP.
