Job Summary

We seek a dedicated PA to provide full-spectrum support to the Director, managing business and personal matters with professionalism, discretion, and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar by scheduling meetings and appointments to optimize time and priorities
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison to facilitate clear communication between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and transport to support business and personal trips
  • Organize the Director’s personal and corporate matters, including preparing and managing tax documentation
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion to protect sensitive data
  • Provide support for ad-hoc personal and family-related matters as needed to assist the Director
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant to demonstrate capability in similar roles
  • Degree holder to support the complexity of tasks and communication requirements
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and facilitate coordination
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently to handle dynamic priorities
  • Willingness to travel when required to support the Director’s engagements
