Finance Executive (Based in Singapore)

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Finance Executive to support our Singapore operations. This role serves as the local finance coordination point and works closely with our Shared Services Centre (SSC) to ensure smooth financial operations.
The ideal candidate will act as the link between frontline business units and centralized finance teams, helping to validate, monitor, and follow through on finance matters such as documentation, claim escalations, audit support, and basic reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a local point-of-contact for finance-related queries from business teams and vendors
- Coordinate with SSC on accounts payable/receivable matters, ensuring timely approvals and follow-up
- Review and validate supporting documents before submission to SSC (e.g., payment claims, vendor invoices)
- Monitor the status of submissions and escalate delays or discrepancies as needed
- Assist in basic monthly reporting or reconciliation tasks where local review is required
- Support internal and external audit processes by coordinating audit schedules, retrieving documentation, and clarifying queries
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and finance policies
- Handle ad hoc finance tasks that require on-ground presence in Singapore
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3 years of relevant finance or accounting experience
- Familiar with operational finance processes (e.g., claims, billing, audit document control)
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination and communication skills
- Comfortable working with remote teams (SSC) and internal stakeholders
