What you'll be doing- Clients Servicing
- Manage and track renewal notices
- Ability to handle clients' queries and communication with underwriters in insurance companies
- Support Brokers in documentations
- Any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /A-Level /Degree
- Preferably, a minimum of 2 years' working experience in the insurance industry, handling general insurance classes
- Must have full Certification in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, CGI)
- Advantage for Candidate with Certification in Health Insurance (HI), Certificate Rules for Regulations for Financial Advisory Services (M5), Life Insurance and Investment-Link Policies (M9 and M9A)
- Must be IT savvy, Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to multitask, work independently and be resourceful.
- Attention to detail, ability to execute tasks in a timely manner and work well under pressure
