Job Scope:
Admin Assistant- Issue Delivery Orders, Invoices, Quotations, and other paperwork
- Obtain quotes and prepare purchase orders for necessary approvals.
- Exam / Course Registration
- Basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phone calls
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
- Receiving and processing sales orders via phone, email, or customers' online platforms, ensuring
- Maintaining and updating customer records, responding to inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
- Compiling and analyzing sales data, generating weekly/ monthly reports, and tracking key
- Assisting the sales team with various tasks, including preparing documentations and coordinating logistics.
- Maintaining organized records of sales transactions, customer information, and other relevant data.
Job Requirements:
- Familiarity with sales software, ERP/CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
