JOB DESCRIPTION — Finance Analyst / Senior Finance Analyst

As we continue to scale, we are strengthening our management reporting, financial analysis, and reporting infrastructure to better support leadership and stakeholders.

You will work closely with Finance, Investment, and operational teams to ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and audit readiness.

1. Management & Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly management and operational reports to provide management with a clear view of the company’s financial performance and key business drivers
• Perform variance analysis against budget and forecast, translating numbers into meaningful insights for decision-making
• Develop, maintain, and enhance standardised reporting templates and dashboards to improve reporting consistency and efficiency
• Support accurate month-end close processes through key reconciliations (e.g. revenue, AR, and other balance sheet items)

1. Budgeting, Forecasting & Business Analysis

• Support annual budget preparation and periodic reforecast exercises to reflect business plans and operational realities
• Consolidate inputs from operational teams, review assumptions, and ensure alignment with financial objectives

1. Data Integrity, Systems & Process Improvement

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and operational data across systems (DL system, Xero, Microsoft Fabric)
• Provide analytical support to Finance and Investment teams by performing data validation, quality checks, and reconciliations to ensure accurate and reliable reporting and analysis
• Assist in improving reporting workflows, system enhancements, and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability

1. Loan Covenant Monitoring & Compliance Reporting

• Prepare, review, and update loan covenant calculations to ensure compliance with financing agreements
• Monitor covenant requirements, reporting timelines, and submission deadlines
• Maintain clear documentation to support covenant reviews, external reporting, and audit requirements

1. Ad Hoc Support

• Maintain accurate and well-organised documentation to support audits, reviews, and internal controls
• Support Finance and Investment teams with ad hoc analyses, projects, and tasks as assigned to meet business needs

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in financial reporting, management accounting, or FP&A
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Power BI experience is an advantage
• Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Xero) preferred
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to meet reporting timelines
• Strong sense of ownership, proactive, and adaptable
