What you'll do:

As an Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Global Banknotes Operations outsourced vault facility.
  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operation of the outsourced vault facility by overseeing onsite vendor management and maintaining high standards of service.
  • Manage daily transaction fulfilment duties with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all tasks.
  • Handle transaction discrepancy processes by investigating issues, resolving discrepancies, and reporting findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct comprehensive reporting and analysis of workflow and procedural adherence to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to colleagues regarding procedural, technical, and operational changes, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Act as a workflow coordinator or subject matter expert by prioritising and distributing daily work to meet deadlines and organisational goals.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of operational processes acquired through experience and training, identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Adapt to varying shift arrangements based on operational requirements, including daytime schedules or potential evening/night coverage as needed.
  • Support different shift arrangements with flexibility and enthusiasm, ensuring business readiness during transitions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal business partners and external clients to deliver effective operations support.

What you bring:

Your proven experience in fields such as supply chain management or commercial bank operations equips you with practical insights into operational workflows.
  • At least 2 years’ working experience in supply chain management, shipping and transportation, imports and exports, or commercial bank operations is essential for this role.
  • Exceptional organisational skills paired with methodical approaches enable you to manage complex workflows efficiently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail ensures accuracy in transaction fulfilment duties and discrepancy resolution processes.
  • High motivation levels combined with self-discipline demonstrate your sense of ownership and responsibility towards assigned tasks.
  • Enthusiasm for learning new skills and adapting quickly allows you to thrive in changing operational environments.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment fosters positive interpersonal relationships among colleagues.
  • Strong organisation and planning skills empower you to multi-task effectively while prioritising competing demands.
  • Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Accountancy or related disciplines enhances your understanding of industry-specific requirements (preferred but not required).
  • Proficient PC knowledge including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook as well as familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Copilot supports efficient task execution.
