Supply Chain Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
Develop new suppliers to support business growth
Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
Forecast demand and align supply plans accordingly
Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Procurement & Vendor Management
Oversee sourcing strategy and supplier selection
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs)
Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships
Monitor supplier performance (OTIF, lead time, quality, cost)
Cross-Functional Coordination
Support new product introduction (NPI) projects from a supply chain perspective
Resolve supply disruptions and implement contingency plans
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with ISO, industry, and regulatory standards
Develop risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions
Maintain documentation and audit readiness

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or professional certification
6 - 10 years of experience in supply chain or operations within precision engineering or manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Styeline)
Proven experience in supplier negotiations and cost optimization
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
