We are seeking a Business Development & Sales Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Execute strategic sales plans and meet revenue targets.
- Present solutions and conduct product demos to prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and manage contract renewals.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting using CRM tools.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
