Choa Chu Kang - Facilities & Maintenance Executive [ Site-Based Role | Government Facilities ]
Job Details :
- Salary Range: $3,200 – $4,500 (Commensurate with experience)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:45 PM
- Work Location: Fixed site – choice of West / Central
- Additional Benefits: Variable Bonus and Performance Bonus
Job Scope :
- Lead daily planning, operations, and overall management of on-site facilities.
- Respond to work requests and attend to fault calls during and after office hours.
- Coordinate with contractors for both routine and major maintenance and repair works.
- Attend site meetings and provide input on maintenance and repair activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor utility usage and building consumption.
- Prepare cost estimates, work scopes, and technical feasibility assessments.
- Oversee all maintenance activities, including Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), Civil & Structural (C&S), and soft services.
- Maintain updated inventory of M&E equipment, submit work schedules, and track maintenance timelines for all systems.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements :
- Diploma in Engineering/Facilities Management related fields with 3 years of relevant experience OR;
- Bachelor's in Engineering/Facilities Management related fields or similar certifications
