Responsibilities- Support the annual Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) exercise and assist in preparing the training roadmap
- Coordinate internal and external training programmes, including liaising with training vendors and participants
- Assist in tracking training budgets, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Support onboarding and orientation programmes to facilitate new hires’ integration
- Maintain training calendars, update HR portals, and ensure proper documentation of training records
- Assist in training grants applications, claims submissions, and administration of training bonds
- Compile post-training feedback and prepare basic reports to evaluate programme effectiveness
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, HR Training, or related HR functions.
- Hands-on experience in training coordination, vendor management, and training budget administration.
