Role Overview

This role provides administrative and operational support to the Revenue Operations team, assisting with internal projects, merchant onboarding processes, and documentation to ensure smooth business operations.

This is a 12-month contract role, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent position based on performance.

Responsibilities
  • Support merchant onboarding and application processing to ensure timely setup.
  • Verify and maintain merchant documentation and system data accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing merchant agreements and operational documents.
  • Provide administrative support for Revenue Operations projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate internally with teams to support operational workflows.
  • Assist with operational tracking, reporting, and ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in administrative support.
  • Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
