Our client is seeking a Fragrance Production Manager (Automated System) to join their team!

What you'll be doing?- Lead production operations: Coordinate schedules, oversee processes, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Drive automation initiatives: Integrate cutting-edge systems to streamline processes and enhance output consistency.
- Ensure quality compliance: Collaborate with QA/QC teams to maintain product excellence and regulatory adherence.
- Optimize equipment performance: Monitor machinery, initiate maintenance, and support new system implementations.
- Inspire and guide your team: Support supervisors, assign tasks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Innovate and improve: Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
- Manage inventory effectively: Monitor materials and coordinate with logistics for smooth production flow.
- Champion safety practices: Promote a safety-first culture and participate in risk management activities.
- Engineering expertise: A degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) to provide a strong technical foundation.
- Production experience: 3-6 years in operations and automation engineering, preferably in fragrance or related industries.
- Technical know-how: Strong knowledge of GMP, 5S, and hands-on experience with automation systems.
- Industry insight: Understanding of fragrance processes is a plus, but we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Leadership skills: Excellent ability to communicate, coordinate, and inspire teams across functions.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production software, with CAD and data analysis skills as a bonus.
- On-site availability: Willingness to work on-site and actively engage with the production floor.

- Working Location: Tampines
