Director, Head of APAC Partner Marketing
You will lead a team to build and nurture strong relationships with key partners, create joint marketing programs, and enable partners to effectively sell and implement our solutions. You will be a key member of the APAC Partner leadership team, contributing to the overall regional strategy and ensuring alignment between marketing and sales objectives.
The right candidate should have extensive experience in leading and managing teams and a proven track record of success in creating and driving partner marketing strategies in the APAC region to deliver business growth
The successful candidate will be looking to join a dynamic Integrated Marketing team in a high-impact, high-growth, fast-paced role, which reports directly to the Senior Director, APAC Integrated Marketing.
Key Responsibilities- Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive partner marketing strategy for the APAC region aligned with overall company objectives and revenue goals across a diverse ecosystem of partners including Resellers, Managed Services, Hyperscalers, Consulting and Implementation and Technology partners.
- Joint Marketing Programs: Design and execute joint marketing programs with partners to generate leads, drive awareness, and accelerate sales. This includes campaigns, content creation, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Partner Enablement: Develop and deliver enablement, marketing resources, and support to enable partners to effectively market, sell, implement, and support our solutions.
- Reseller Program Management: Scale reseller opportunities through effective program design, incentives, and support mechanisms.
- Hyperscaler Collaboration: Build and strengthen relationships with key hyperscaler partners (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to drive joint go-to-market activities.
- Performance Measurement & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the performance of partner marketing programs, using data to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI.
- Budget Management: Ability to build a successful business case for funds, in addition to managing the partner marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to the highest-impact activities.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing partner marketing team across the APAC region.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with sales and marketing in each Area, product marketing, campaign marketing and other internal teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of partner marketing efforts. Must be able to evangelise the contribution of the partner ecosystem and educate others on the partner strategy and routes to market.

- Hyperscaler Experience: Experience working with hyperscaler partners (AWS, Azure, GCP) on joint marketing and sales initiatives.
- Consulting & Implementation Partner Knowledge: Understanding of the consulting and implementation partner landscape and how to effectively engage with these partners.
- Relationship Building & Influencing Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track, measure, and report on the performance of partner marketing programs.

The ideal candidate should have:
- 15+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or a related field.
- Experience working in the software industry, preferably with a SaaS company.
- Proven track record of success in creating and driving partner marketing strategies in the APAC region to deliver business growth.
- Strong understanding of different partnering routes to market.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
