Are you a creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail, a strong sense of branding, and a passion for visual storytelling? iRace Media is looking for a Creative Designer to shape and elevate our brand across print and digital platforms.

From editorial layouts to marketing collaterals, social media banners to branding assets — your designs will shape how racing fans, partners, and clients experience our brand. If you're highly proficient in design tools, confident in your aesthetic decisions, and excited to build and maintain a cohesive brand identity — we want to hear from you.

• Design print and digital materials including editorial layouts, advertisements, newsletters, social media graphics, and marketing assets
• Maintain and refine iRACE’s visual brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency and clarity in every piece of design
• Work closely with editorial, marketing, and commercial teams to produce high-impact visual content that aligns with strategic goals
• Help shape and execute the development of internal brand guidelines and visual standards
• Manage design production timelines, ensuring timely delivery across multiple ongoing projects
• Stay updated on design trends and industry developments to keep our branding and visual communication relevant and compelling

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia or equivalent
• Candidates without formal academic qualifications but with an outstanding portfolio will also be considered
• Minimum 2–4 years of working experience in a related field; fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome
• Extremely proficient in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop; Illustrator proficiency is a plus
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and colour theory
• Good knowledge of branding and visual identity systems
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team to meet tight deadlines
• Strong aesthetic judgment and the ability to visually translate abstract concepts
• Interest in the latest design trends, digital media, and technologies related to publishing and marketing

• Play a lead role in shaping the visual identity of a bilingual racing media brand with regional reach
• Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values creativity and initiative
