Nail / Lash Technician
About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Nail / Lash Technician to join our dynamic team at The With Love Studio Pte. Ltd.' in the Central Region. As a full-time Nail / Lash Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nail and lash services to our valued clients in a warm and welcoming environment.
Nail Technician Responsibilities- Provide manicure and pedicure services
- Clean, shape, trim, and polish nails
- Apply nail enhancements such as acrylics, gel nails, nail art, and extensions
- Remove old polish, gel, or acrylic safely
- Assess nail health and recommend suitable treatments
- Advise clients on nail care and maintenance
- Recommend nail products and aftercare routines
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure client satisfaction
- Stay updated on nail trends, techniques, and products
- Monitor inventory and restock nail supplies when needed
- Consult clients on desired lash styles and suitability
- Apply eyelash extensions safely and precisely
- Perform lash lifts, lash tinting, and lash removal services
- Evaluate natural lash condition before procedures
- Educate clients on lash aftercare and maintenance
- Recommend suitable lash products and treatments
- Ensure client comfort throughout procedures
- Stay current with lash application techniques and beauty trends
- Monitor inventory and restock lash supplies when needed
- At least 1 year of experience as a Nail / Lash Technician in a salon or studio setting
- Proficiency in performing a wide range of manicure, pedicure & lash services and any ad-hoc duties if required
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality & personalised service to each client
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of the latest trends and techniques in the industry
- Highly responsible individuals that are able to perform required tasks independently
- Able to work during PH, festive periods and at least 1 weekend (flexible off days)
- Good customer service
- Relevant experience in the beauty industry
