Key Responsibilities:
Brentvale College International is seeking a committed and experienced Mathematics Teacher to deliver GCE O-Level and Cambridge International AS & A-Level Mathematics.
The role focuses on developing students’ conceptual understanding, problem-solving skills, and examination readiness within a structured academic framework.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with approved Schemes of Work and examination standards
- Teach O-Level and/or Cambridge AS & A-Level Mathematics, ensuring strong exam preparation
- Design and mark assessments, maintaining consistency with academic quality standards
- Monitor student progress and provide targeted support, including remedial and enrichment sessions
- Prepare students for high-stakes examinations with effective answering techniques
- Maintain accurate academic records in line with school and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at the secondary or post-secondary level
- Experience teaching GCE O-Level and/or Cambridge A-Level Mathematics preferred
- Strong subject mastery and ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Experience working with international students is an advantage
- Proven track record in improving student outcomes in examinations
- Familiarity with Cambridge or GCE assessment frameworks
- Ability to teach Further Mathematics will be an advantage
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
