HR Executive

Salary Range: 3,000 - 3,500 SGD

Our Client is an international tyre and wheel supply and service provider. They are looking for a HR Executive.

• Recruitment support in posting job ads, schedule and coordinate job interviews
• Onboarding by preparing new hire paperwork and logistics
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff
• Record keeping by maintaining accurate and up to date employee records, database, assist with day-to-day operations administrative in Unit 4 HR system
• Manage and support the team in every daily operational task needed.
• Calculation of monthly OT’s and allowance based on attendance record for payroll processing
• Coordinate and organize staff training and company event.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices

【Requirements & Preferences】

• Minimum Diploma holder
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a human resource operations or generalist role
• Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and best practices
• Proficient in the use of HR software Prosoft Unit 4 and data management tools
