We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Regional Website & Digital Marketing Executive (APAC) to manage and optimize the company’s regional website while supporting digital marketing efforts.

This role will focus on website content management, UX optimization, and performance tracking, ensuring a seamless and engaging online experience across multiple markets. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in website management, digital content, and analytics.

Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm

Office Location: 158 Cecil Street

Responsibilities:

  1. Website Management & Optimization (Primary Focus)
  • Oversee daily website updates, including product pages, landing pages, banners, and promotional content.
  • Work with global/local teams to ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and market needs.
  • Ensure website performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness are optimized.
  • Coordinate with developers, designers, and IT teams to implement UX/UI improvements and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Optimize website structure and navigation for a seamless user journey and conversion efficiency.
  • Ensure SEO best practices are implemented, including metadata optimization and internal linking.
  • Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to enhance user engagement and sales.
  1. Website Migration & Project Support
  • Support the Website Migration Team Lead to ensure a smooth transition during website upgrades or platform changes.
  • Assist in content migration, quality assurance checks, and post-launch troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain website integrity and minimize downtime during migration.
  1. Website Analytics & Performance Tracking
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic, bounce rates, conversion rates, and other key metrics using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other tracking tools.
  • Generate reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work with the digital marketing team to ensure tracking pixels, tags, and analytics tools are properly integrated and functioning.
  1. Digital Marketing Support
  • Assist in executing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic ads) to drive website traffic and conversions.
  • Support the SEO strategy by working on keyword optimization, content updates, and backlinking initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to optimize landing pages for email marketing and paid campaigns.
  1. Cross-functional & Agency Coordination
  • Liaise with regional and local marketing teams to ensure website updates align with business priorities.
  • Work closely with external agencies, developers, and IT teams to manage website enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Ensure all website and digital initiatives are aligned with the overall regional marketing strategy.

Experience & Background Required:

  • 2-3 years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or e-commerce. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experiences are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Adobe Experience Manager, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO best practices.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret website data and recommend improvements.
  • Ability to work in a regional/multi-market environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Degree and Language:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficient in English. Chinese proficiency for effective communication with Chinese-speaking counterparts.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
