Key Responsibilities
- Website Development & Management
- Develop, maintain, and enhance company websites (WordPress / CMS)
- Customize themes, plugins, and landing pages
- Ensure website performance, responsiveness, and usability
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs
- Create and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns
- Improve UI/UX and overall customer journey
- Support SEO basics and website performance improvements
- Work closely with marketing team to drive online conversions
- Support data handling (Google Sheets / forms / basic CRM)
- Assist in simple automation flows (e.g. forms, WhatsApp integration)
- Generate basic reports for website and campaign performance
- Provide basic backend or system support when required
- Liaise with external vendors (hosting, web support, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
- Experience with WordPress or any CMS
- Interest in website development and digital marketing
- Willing to learn and take initiative
- Experience in landing page creation
- Basic understanding of SEO or Google Analytics
- Strong interest in web development and digital growth
- Able to work independently and propose improvements
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
