Toa Payoh - Building Maintenance Technician / Facilities Technician(4 days work week)URGENT!

Remuneration:

• Up to $2,800 Basic
• Shift Allowance
• OT (Gross up to $3,500)
• Variable Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance, repair, and servicing tasks for building facilities (Electrical / Mechanical / M&E systems).
• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance for M&E systems, including chillers, cooling towers, and other fixtures.
• Troubleshoot and attend to faults, breakdowns, and customer complaints efficiently.
• Supervise term contractors in repair and testing of M&E services.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive checks, and report any irregularities to supervisors.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, schedules, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with building, fire safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform any ad hoc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in building or facilities maintenance / engineering.
• NITEC / Higher NITEC / ITE / Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Air-Con, Building, Facility Management, or related fields.
• Knowledge of building, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Independent, self-motivated, team-oriented, and service-minded.
• Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
