Technical Support Engineer (Junior)

Location: Bukit Batok
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Basic Salary: $3200 - $3600

Entitled to AWS + VB + Allowances

Responsibilities

Manage and support automation products, including PLCs, HMIs and related components.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support by assessing customer needs and proposing solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals, application notes, and solution documentation.
Respond to customer queries and resolve technical issues via email, phone, or onsite visits.
Conduct product training sessions and live demonstrations for customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to maintain and strengthen customer relationships.
Use technical knowledge to highlight product advantages
Work closely with product principals to relay feedback and recommend product improvements.

Requirements

Good communication skills
Willing to learn, Training on products is provided.
Basic understanding of PLCs, HMIs, or industrial automation systems
