Junior Graphic Designer

Role Overview: As a Junior Graphic Designer at Kleen-Pak Products Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer packaging artwork and contributing to the development of marketing collaterals for both company and product branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design adaptation of product packaging artwork from customers and for house brands.
• Assist Senior Graphics Designer in presenting design concepts and translate concepts into actual design of product packaging artwork. Incorporate changes required into the final design.
• Coordinate with customers, external designers, and printers to facilitate smooth execution of packaging design and production processes.
• Conduct thorough reviews of designs to identify and rectify any errors before finalizing for printing.
• Assist Senior Graphics Designer in developing marketing collaterals across channels including exhibition booth designs, brochures, digital display banners and social media.
• Maintain organized documentation and cataloguing of all creative assets in accordance with established procedures.
• Support the Marketing Manager in the planning and execution of social and recreational events for Kleen-Pak employees.
• Ensure compliance with operational, ISO and GMP procedures and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager to support the overall goals of the marketing department.

Job requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Adept at task prioritization, time management, and meeting deadlines.
• Experience in packaging design and print production is a plus.
• Familiarity with video editing is advantageous.
• Understanding of marketing principles and trends is preferred.
• Have strong sense of accountability for the quality and timeliness of work deliverables.
