Assistant Airfreight Import Customer Service Manager

- Working hours : 5.25 days | Mon - Fri 9am - 5:30pm | Alternate Saturday: 9am - 1pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14 - 21 Days Annual Leave + Company Transport Provided: Tanah Merah and Tampines Pick Up Point + Medical and Insurance Coverage

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support Airfreight Import Customer Service team
- Oversee end-to-end import operations (documentation, carrier coordination, customs clearance, billing & job closure)
- Monitor team KPIs and service standards (SLA compliance)
- Handle customer escalations and complex import matters
- Identify process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and customs regulations
Requirements:
- Supervisory experience in Airfreight Import Customer Service / Operations
- Strong knowledge of airfreight import processes & customs requirements
- Hands-on operational experience in freight forwarding
- Experience using Cargowise system preferred
