Role:

• Coupa Project Manager cum Solution Consultant [Digital Procurement I Multi-Platform Expertise (Coupa, Zycus, GEP, Ivalua)]

Description:

• We at BCT are seeking a highly experienced coupa Project Manager cum Solution Consultant with expertise across leading eProcurement platforms including Coupa, Zycus, GEP SMART, and Ivalua. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in leading Coupa implementations in ASEAN while also supporting pre-sales and solutioning activities across multiple procurement platforms. This dual-role requires a hands-on expert in Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation, capable of managing end-to-end Coupa projects and driving cross-platform strategy and design. This is a client-facing role with equal focus on project management, delivery, stakeholder engagement, and solutioning. Experience in implementation of coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) & Source-to-Pay (S2P) product suites is mandatory.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver full lifecycle Coupa implementations including project planning, execution, delivery, and client management.
• Design and architect procurement solutions across platforms like Coupa, GEP SMART, ZYCUS based on client business goals.
• Manage client engagements with a focus on project delivery excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Conduct workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into functional & technical solutions.
• Collaborate with client-side and internal teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of the procurement platform.
• Provide pre-sales support: including solutioning, responding to RFPs/RFIs, and conducting tailored product demonstrations.
• Deliver business process optimization strategies based on best-in-class S2P capabilities.
• Develop documentation including solution architecture, functional specs, test scripts, and training materials.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure timely delivery of all milestones.
• Analyze procurement processes and recommend automation and digitalization improvements.
• Act as a Procurement SME across tools, supporting customer advisory, implementation, and roadmap planning.

Requirements:

• 10 to 15 years of total experience in leading SaaS Procurement implementations.
• Proven hands-on experience with at least 2 full-cycle Coupa implementations for Singapore or ASEAN customers as a Project Manager or Functional Lead.
• Coupa Platform certification or relevant coupa certification is must.
• Working knowledge and/or experience in Zycus, GEP SMART, and Ivalua will be an added advantage
• Strong experience in S2P process areas: sourcing, contract management, supplier management, purchasing, invoicing, and spend analytics.
• Ability to conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and develop business process designs.
• Background in Procurement transformation consulting or digital supply chain projects.
• Experience in client-facing roles including pre-sales and functional solutioning.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience configuring and delivering tailored product demos or playback sessions to customers.
• Familiarity with integration strategies between procurement tools and ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
