Technical Support Engineer (Laser Equipment) - Pasir Ris

We are on the lookout for a highly capable Technical Support Engineer with an electronics engineering background to join our team in Singapore.

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for providing expert support for our range of laser trimming and other specialized equipment sold to customers across Asia. If you are a proactive problem-solver who thrives on travel and customer interaction, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for our laser trimming and related equipment in the Asian market.
• Traveling to customer locations throughout Asia to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Delivering comprehensive training to customers on the effective use of our equipment.
• Maintaining a strong and resilient attitude while addressing technical challenges and customer needs.

Key Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in technical support.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively within Asia.
• A strong mental fortitude and a positive approach to problem-solving.
• Proven ability to effectively train customers on technical equipment.
• Required to speak in English and Mandarin as you are required work closely with Mandarin speaking customers

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:45 pm (Singapore Time).
