Technical Project Manager (Infrastructure & IP Telephony Systems) - 1-year renewable contract

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead exciting projects that drive reliable, scalable, and efficient communication systems across our organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

Technical Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable IP and infrastructure solutions.
• Set up and configure PBX systems, VoIP gateways, IP phones, SBCs, and more.
• Integrate communication platforms with email, CRM, property management, and other systems.
• Conduct thorough system and compatibility testing.
• Implement network configurations (LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall) and optimize QoS for voice traffic.
• Provide Tier 2 technical support, documentation, and troubleshooting.

Project Management Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure projects from initiation to successful delivery — on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Develop project plans, manage resources, track budgets, and handle risks and issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Conduct project meetings, status updates, and prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and conduct project closure evaluations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and managing IP and network systems (e.g., Cisco, ALE, Asterisk).
• Strong experience with VoIP protocols (SIP, H.323) and QoS.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall configurations.
• Proven skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and system integration.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
