Position: Customer Service (Japanese speaking) Job ID: 19809- CK
Salary: Basic up to $4,650 + AWS + VB
Hybrid working arrangement after probation
Responsibilities:
➤Perform Collection and improve AR performance of APAC customers➤Engage internal & external customers (Sales, Operations, Dispute Research Team, Customer ➤AP/Logistics/management, etc.) to resolve issues that prevent customer payment performance
➤Following up with customer for payment via phone calls
➤Assisting customer in resolving billing related issues
➤Perform administrative tasks related to credit and collection
Requirements:
➤Ability to interact with customers via email / phone to achieve work responsibility➤Ability to use internal systems for transaction and Excel
➤Problem solving skills
➤Proficiency in Japanese comprehension (Business level) to liaise with Japanese speaking customers in Japan
➤Diploma or Degree holder preferred
➤Preferably with minimum 1-3 years of work experience
➤Experience of customer service or other admins will be advantage
