We are looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on residential and/or commercial construction projects, and must be proficient in using power tools, reading blueprints, and working with wood, drywall, and other materials

Responsibilities:

Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications
Build, install, and repair structures, fixtures, and wooden frameworks
Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and building plans
Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
Collaborate with other construction professionals on-site
Follow safety protocols and company procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience as a carpenter in construction (2+ years preferred)
Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and construction methods
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials
