The Job:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document user requirements for the core banking system
• Conduct workshops and interviews to understand user needs and expectations
• Write and document the current processes to understand existing workflows and identify areas for improvement
• Develop the future processes that align with the new core banking system, ensuring they meet business objectives and enhance operational efficiency
• Review and provide feedback on the Functional Specification Document to ensure alignment with user requirements
• Work closely with technical teams to clarify any ambiguities

The Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of project management, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
• Proven experience in user requirements gathering, BIA, UAT, and system implementation
