Facilities Maintenance Technician (5.5 days/AWS/Central)

Salary: $2,000 – $3,000 per month

• Maintain & troubleshoot M&E systems (ACMV, electrical systems, sanitary & plumbing, fire protection systems, and building works).
• Perform routine checks, emergency repairs, and daily operations support.
• Supervise contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage and follow up on rectification, capex, and project works, and report to management in a timely manner.
• Champion safety through inspections, fire drills, and system renewals.
• Support additional tasks to keep facilities future-ready.

• Education: NITEC / Higher NITEC or Certifications in building services engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years in facilities maintenance or in a similar role.
• Skills: Strong technical expertise in the maintenance and repair of HCMV, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.
• Mindset: Problem-solver, team player, forward-thinking.
• Certification: Fire Safety Manager (required).
• Commitment: Willingness to work a 5.5-day week (including Saturdays, half-day).

• 5.5 days’ work week
• AWS (payout in December)
• Average variable bonus of about 2 months (payout in March)
