Contract HR Operations Associate - Toa Payoh

Location: Orchard

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 830am-530pm

• About the Role:

As an HR Outsourcing Associate, you will be responsible for the end-to-end support of outsourced staff across various client industries. You’ll be the main point of contact between our clients, candidates, and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations from onboarding to offboarding.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Posting of advertisements, interviewing & sourcing for candidates
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for outsourced staff
• Handle employment contracts, work pass applications, and documentation
• Manage payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and claims submissions
• Serve as the first line of HR support for outsourced employees
• Liaise with clients to ensure staffing needs and service expectations are met
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports
• Assist recruiters in scheduling interviews and job placements when needed
• Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Min 1 year of HR experience preferred (entry level diploma or degree graduates are welcome)
