Cyber Maintenance Engineer - Toa Payoh

The Opportunity:

• Work hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely, clear communication and coordination among stakeholders, customers, and vendors.
• Provide 24/7 operational support, troubleshoot cybersecurity issues, and handle service requests and incidents.
• Review business workflows and system functionalities to recommend improvements.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure SLAs are met through vendor collaboration and rotational critical event support

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Operations Support with strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux systems
• Practical experience with cybersecurity tools such as McAfee, Cisco, Microsoft, and Thales
