Junior Cook / Kitchen Assistant/ Kitchen Helper/ Service Crew (Up $2500)

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Junior Cook / Kitchen Assistant/ General Work/ Service Crew (Shift Work/ Up $2500) to assist head chef in daily kitchen preparation, perform preparation and cooking food follow to menus. You will maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area in compliance with NEA and food safety standards.

• Assist head chef in daily kitchen preparation
• Perform preparation and cooking food follow to menus
• Work closely with the team to maintain a efficient kitchen operation.
• Follow proper food storage procedures to maintain optimal ingredient quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area in compliance with NEA and food safety standards.
• Other duties are assigned by Head Chief

• Min 1-2 years of relevant experience in kitchen
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.
• Able to commit shift work
• Possess Food & Hygiene Cert
• Substantial knowledge of food safety and handling procedures
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility
