Responsibilities- Execute menu items according to established recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Prepare and portion ingredients required for service
- Cook and plate dishes to outlet standards
- Arrange and garnish food appropriately before serving
- Assist other cooks during peak service periods
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of the kitchen and workstations
- Wash dishes and kitchen equipment as required
- Ensure personal hygiene and proper grooming standards at all times
- Carry out additional culinary duties as assigned by the Kitchen In-Charge
- Support ad-hoc tasks when needed
- Contribute to a pro
fessional, efficient, and team-oriented kitchen environment
Requirements- Basic culinary skills or relevant kitchen experience preferred (training can be provided)
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and SOPs accurately
- Good teamwork and communication skills within a kitchen setting
- Strong time management and ability to work under pressure
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Commitment to maintaining food quality and consistency
