Contracts Administrator (Fuel Oil / Trading/ Contract Analyst)

Location: CDB

• Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm (Hybrid Arrangement)

Job Description:

• Review, draft, negotiate, and issue sale and purchase agreements to support the company’s physical oil and products trading activities.
• Evaluate and negotiate counter-proposal terms to protect the company’s legal and commercial interests, minimize exposure, and support favourable trading outcomes.
• Manage contract administration and documentation processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal control standards.
• Coordinate the onboarding of new counterparties by supporting KYC, due diligence, and internal approval processes in liaison with relevant stakeholders.
• Support tender and bid submissions by reviewing tender documentation, identifying contractual risks, and providing comments and recommendations where required.

Job requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• 2 to 3 years of related contract administration/ analysis working experience preferably in oil & gas industry
