As a Customer Service Executive (Front Desk), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Managed daily Membership and Guest Services operations, including handling enquiries, resolving guest feedback, and processing membership-related transactions.
• Executed opening and closing procedures, ensuring accuracy of shift documentation and operational readiness.
• Collaborated with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of membership services on-site.
• Partnered with marketing teams to support and promote membership programmes, campaigns, and member events.
• Ensured strict confidentiality of member data while maintaining accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, SOPs, and service standards.

• Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with relevant experience in the hospitality or service industry.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
