Sales Admin / Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing correspondence.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses while escalating issues when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, reports, quotations, and other sales-related documentation.
- Process sales orders, generate invoices, track shipments, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and administrative documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support lead generation activities and follow-up communications with customers and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for other operational requirements.
- Manage office administrative duties, including filing, data entry, document management, and handling incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing invoices and payment documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth operational flow and efficient communication.
- Communicate professionally in both English and Mandarin to liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced working environment.

- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Prior experience in sales administration, customer service, or office administration will be an added advantage.
