• We’re Hiring: Senior Manager / Manager, Recruitment (Permanent Role)

About the Role

As part of the Recruitment and Operations function, you’ll serve as a trusted HR partner — working closely with stakeholders to drive strategic hiring, shape HR initiatives, and support workforce needs across departments.

This role offers exposure to both strategic planning and hands-on execution across recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, secondments, re-employment, and ad-hoc manpower requests

• Provide sound advice on HR policies and employment legislation
• Collaborate with internal HR teams to implement policies and streamline processes
• Leverage data insights and ground sensing to address talent needs and recommend effective HR solutions
• Drive initiatives in talent attraction, employer branding, and performance improvement
• Participate in HR projects and cross-functional initiatives as required

• Experience
• 7–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in in-house recruitment
• Prior experience working with or in public sector agencies is an advantage
• Exposure to workforce planning and senior-level hiring is a plus
