Department: Manufacturing Engineering

Primary Job Scopes:

• A leading role in improving product Yield, Quality, and Reliability.
• Conduct in-depth electrical and device-level failure analysis (PCBA/IC/passive) to identify root causes and apply structural problem-solving methodology.
• Launch (NPI) new product / Engineering Change activities.
• Drive cost reduction activities.
• Customer support with analyzing customer complaints and producing quality improvement plans.
• Identify and resolve design issues with the design team involving System, EE/ME, and Software Engineering.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronic/Electrical/Computer/ Engineering.
• Passionate about failure analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Skill Set :

• Familiar with electrical & electronic measurement tools.
• Familiar with microprocessors and SW programming.
• Problem Solving Tools: example 6 Sigma, Red X, SPC, 5 Why, 8D, RCA, etc.

Experiences :

• Automotive PCBA assembly, radar, electronic communication, signal processing, antenna, sensing technology, and the future driverless car concept.
• Experience in Cyber Security Requirements.
• Experience with Industrial Standard example, IPC Standard, IEEE, etc.
• Experience with Automotive Standards, for example, IATF 16949/VDA, ISO, etc.
