About the Role
We’re looking for an Assistant Creative Manager to support the development and execution of Cintra’s creative strategy and direction for our clients.
In this role, you’ll help translate briefs into strong creative concepts, support campaign ideation, and ensure content produced meets both creative and performance objectives. You’ll work closely with the Creative Manager, accounts team, and production crew to bring campaigns from concept to delivery while helping guide junior creatives in their work.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Ideation & Development- Support the development of campaign concepts, scripts, and storytelling frameworks aligned with client objectives.
- Translate brand strategies and briefs into compelling visual and narrative ideas across video, social, and digital platforms.
- Contribute creative ideas during internal brainstorms and client proposal development.
- Ensure creative outputs maintain Cintra’s standards for originality, clarity, and cultural relevance.
- Assist in overseeing content production from pre-production planning to post-production reviews.
- Support shoot preparation including scripting, talent coordination, and production planning.
- Provide creative input during shoots and post-production to ensure content aligns with the intended concept and brand tone.
- Work closely with editors, producers, and freelance creatives to refine final deliverables.
- Work closely with the Creative Manager and Accounts team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Provide guidance and feedback to Creative Executives and interns where needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with accounts and operations teams to ensure projects run efficiently.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, creator formats, and evolving content styles.
- Contribute ideas on how Cintra can experiment with new storytelling formats, AI tools, and UGC styles.
- Help refine creative workflows and processes to improve content quality and production efficiency.
- 3–5 years of experience in creative production, advertising, or social media content creation (agency experience preferred).
- Strong conceptual thinking with a portfolio showcasing social-first content, storytelling, or branded campaigns.
- Experience contributing to creative projects from ideation to final execution.
- Familiarity with video production workflows and working on shoots.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content performance.
- Experience with short-form video production (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Background in scriptwriting, film, or digital content direction.
- Familiarity with performance-driven creative strategies such as creative testing or ad iteration.
- Experience mentoring interns or junior creatives.
