1. Logistics Assistant /5.25 days / $2,400 - $2,600 Basic + $120 Transport @Pandan Road

• Unload, check & inspect incoming cargo for any discrepancy/damage, put away into storage.
• Perform stock counts, cycle counts, and update inventory records accurately.
• Pick and pack orders according to customer’s requirements for delivery to customers.
• Organize stock, storage space & perform housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Coordinate with customers on daily order requests for inbound and outbound shipment

1. Export - Import Officer /5 days work /Up to $3,500 @Toh Guan

• Prepare documents (eg. HB/L, MBL, manifest, pre-alerts), customs declaration, Trade-net operations.
• Shipping functions including system data entries, coordinating and resolve shipment issues
• Liaise with customers, shipping lines, transport, trucking partners & overseas offices for pickup/shipments.
• Ensure customer requirements are meet and are update on their orders & documentation is accurate.
• Ensure related charges are billed and collected timely from the consignee or its agent
• Ensure all transactions are handled in an accurate, complete and timely manner
• Follow up with CFS warehouse/oversea offices on any short-landed, damaged or discrepancy cargo
• Answering to customer's inquiries and handling customer's complaints.
• Prepare payment vouchers, verify vendor costings, closing shipment files and filling of documents.
• Knowledge in freight forwarding, import procedure or permit declaration.

1. Forklift Driver (5 days, Night shift - Up to $2,500 + $12 per day) @Toh Guan

• Receiving, Inspecting and loading/unloading incoming and outgoing goods and materials.
• Accurately picking, packing and dispatching orders as per customer requirements.
• Assisting with inventory management, including stock checks and cycle counts.
• Operating warehouse equipment such as a forklifts, pallet jacks and scanners.
• Assist with inventory control, ensuring proper storage and accurate logging of goods.
• Maintain handling and storage standards to avoid damage and ensure compliance with regulation
• Posses forklift /Reach Truck license
