Responsibilties:
- Functional Analysis:
Gather and analyze business requirements.
Translate them into functional specs, user stories, and process flows.Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.
Perform gap analyses and recommend improvements.
Maintain functional documentation.
- Testing & QA:
Manage the defect lifecycle and ensure quality standards.
Support UAT and facilitate user sign-off.
- Project Support:
Assist in deployments and post-go-live support.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, planning).Contribute to effort estimation and timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams.
Qualifications:
- Good job tenure
- Experience in a functional analyst role, with exposure to SDLC and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and PowerPoint (presentations).
